Required a Fresher/1-2 yrs experienced Civil Diploma holder in Delhi for supervising all the works being executed at a civil construction site. Should have knowledge of taking measurements at site & basic computer skills for submitting bids for tenders.Complete field job.

1. Site Supervision and ExecutionThe primary role is to oversee daily construction activities. They ensure that the workwhether its excavation, RCC (Reinforced Cement Concrete) work, brickwork, or finishingis performed according to the approved architectural and structural drawings.2. Technical Planning and LayoutBefore construction begins, the site engineer is responsible for the site layout. They use instruments like Auto Levels or Total Stations to mark points and levels accurately. They must interpret complex AutoCAD drawings and translate them into physical structures.3. Quality Control (QA/QC)Ensuring the durability of the building is crucial. This involves:Testing raw materials like cement, steel, and sand.Checking the slump test and cube strength of concrete.Ensuring the correct grade of steel and its placement as per the bar bending schedule (BBS).
