We are seeking a hardworking and reliable Construction Laborer to join our team. As a Construction Laborer, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks to support the smooth operation of our construction sites. Your duties will include preparing sites, handling materials, operating equipment, and ensuring safety protocols are followed. This is a physically demanding role that requires stamina, teamwork, and a strong work ethic. Responsibilities:- Clean and prepare construction sites by removing debris, obstacles, and hazardous materials.- Load and unload construction materials and equipment.- Dig trenches, backfill holes, and compact earth.- Operate hand and power tools, such as drills, saws, and jackhammers.- Assist skilled tradespeople, such as carpenters, electricians, and plumbers.- Erect and dismantle scaffolding, forms, and other temporary structures.- Follow safety guidelines and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.- Perform other related duties as assigned.
