The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers. Responsibilities:Ensuring to attend all store with result as per the plan.Ensuring to implements visual merchandise at all store.Ensuring to take Daily orders from LMBOs & MBOs and keep eye on its Fill rate.Preparing Weekly & Monthly sales report and sharing with Management.Discussing & Corrective Monthly Inventory mismatch with Distributor.Payment Coordination with Distributor and releasing to company.Identify the best seller and slow mover article and ordering accordingly.Providing Branding, scheme and other support to retailer and hand ready with updated details of target v/s achieved.LIFO/FIFO to be followed at distributor end so that retailer gets fresh stock.Keep eye on Market Trend, other brand activity and others.Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers
