Role 1: Engineers
Education: BE or BTech in Telecom/Electrical/Electronics
Profile: Experience in telecom BTS and Microwave Installation activity.
Experience: 1-3 year experience in BTS Installation & BTS Commissioning ,Site integration ,alarm monitoring and Microwave Radio, Operation and Maintenance of BTS and Microwave Radio in a GSM Net.
Salary: 12,000-15,000

Role 2: Technicians
Education: ITI or Diploma
Profile: Experience in telecom BTS and Microwave Installation activity. Experience: 1-3 year experience in doing electrical job at BTS
Salary: 10,000-12,000

Role 3: Riggers
Education: 10th Pass Minimum
Profile: Someone who can climb the tower, having knowledge about installation part and work with tools to fix the device.
Experience: 1-3 year experience working on towers
Salary: 10,000-12,000

Responsibility and Duties:
*LOS survey
* Installation & commissioning / de-installation of Base Transceiver station
*Familiar with use of the market-specified Ethernet Test equipment to perform radio link and traffic testing and troubleshooting.
