We are looking for a talented Interior Designer with 2 to 5 years of experience to join our team in Andheri West. This full-time position requires a creative individual who can transform spaces and enhance the aesthetic appeal of both residential and commercial projects.**Key Responsibilities:**- **Design Planning:** Create detailed design plans that meet the needs and preferences of clients, ensuring functionality and aesthetics are balanced.- **Space Management:** Assess and analyze spaces to maximize effectiveness, ensuring that layouts are practical and visually pleasing.- **Client Consultation:** Engage with clients to understand their vision, preferences, and requirements, fostering a collaborative design process.- **Material Selection:** Research and choose appropriate materials, finishes, and furnishings that align with the overall design vision and budget.- **Project Coordination:** Collaborate with contractors, architects, and suppliers to ensure project timelines and specifications are met.- **Budget Management:** Prepare and manage budgets for projects, ensuring that all financial aspects are accounted for and respected throughout the process.**Required Skills and Expectations:**The ideal candidate should have strong design skills, a good eye for detail, and excellent knowledge of design software such as AutoCAD and Photoshop. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for effective collaboration with clients and team members. The candidate should also exhibit problem-solving abilities, ensuring that design challenges are addressed creatively and efficiently. A solid understanding of current design trends and materials is necessary to keep projects fresh and innovative.
