Job Summary:We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Field Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining client relationships, and driving sales within a designated territory. You will actively engage with potential clients, present products/services, and meet sales targets.Key Responsibilities:Prospect and generate new leads within the assigned territory.Conduct in-person meetings and product presentations to potential clients.Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.Monitor market trends and competitor activities.Provide feedback to management regarding customer needs and sales strategies.Prepare and deliver sales reports on a regular basis.Qualifications:Proven sales experience, preferably in field sales.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals.Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.Ability to travel within the assigned region.High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
