We are looking for an Email Support Executive to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 3 years of experience in customer service, particularly in email support. This role requires you to assist customers efficiently and provide accurate solutions to their queries.**Key Responsibilities:**- **Respond to Customer Emails:** You will promptly reply to customer inquiries and concerns via email, ensuring all communications are clear and professional.- **Resolve Issues:** Analyze customer problems and provide effective solutions, maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction and timely resolutions.- **Document Interactions:** Keep detailed records of customer interactions, including queries, issues, and resolutions, to ensure consistency and for future reference.- **Collaborate with Team:** Work closely with other support team members to share insights and improve the overall customer experience, promoting teamwork and communication.- **Follow Up:** Conduct follow-ups on unresolved issues or inquiries to ensure customers receive the support they need and feel valued.**Required Skills and Expectations:**Strong written communication skills are essential for effectively conveying messages and solutions to customers. Familiarity with email support tools and customer management systems is important. The candidate should have a problem-solving mindset, demonstrating patience and empathy when dealing with customer issues. Attention to detail is crucial, as accurate documentation of customer interactions is required. A bachelors degree in B.A or B.B.A is preferred, and the candidate should be comfortable working from the office in a full-time capacity.
