Key Responsibilities1. Provide technical support and consultation to customers for selecting the right pumping solutions2. Promote and sell the company's range of submersible pumps and related services3. Attend customer site visits for installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance4. Handle customer complaints promptly and effectively to ensure high satisfaction levels5. Conduct goodwill visits to strengthen client relationships and gather feedback6. Maintain readiness for spare orders (ORD) and manage spare parts business7. Identify and generate sales leads through site visits and networking8. Work collaboratively with internal teams for issue resolution and follow-ups9. Ensure accurate documentation of service calls and sales activities;
