Hiring Junior Staff AccountantTo assists the finance department with day-to-day accounting tasks, maintaining financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies.Key ResponsibilitiesRecord daily financial transactions in accounting software.Maintain general ledger entries and update financial records.Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.Prepare and process invoices, bills, and payment vouchers.Reconcile bank statements and company accounts.Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.Support internal and external audits by providing required data.Assist senior accountants with budget preparation and financial analysis.
