As a CNC Bending Operator, you will be responsible for controlling and operating CNC bending machines to create precise metal components. You will be part of a team that ensures high-quality production standards and contributes to the efficient operation of the manufacturing process.**Key Responsibilities:**- **Set Up Machines:** Prepare CNC bending machines for operation by installing dies and loading materials, ensuring everything is ready for production.- **Operate Machines:** Conduct bending operations according to specifications, ensuring parts are produced accurately and meet quality standards.- **Monitor Production:** Continuously observe the bending process to detect any issues or defects, adjusting settings as needed to maintain product quality.- **Maintain Equipment:** Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure proper operation and prevent breakdowns, which helps keep production on schedule.- **Follow Safety Protocols:** Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your teammates.Required skills and expectations include a solid understanding of CNC machinery and basic computer skills to operate the machines effectively.
