Relationship Officer Roles and Responsibilities for the share market company.1 Need to generate leads via social media, tele calling in share market field.2 Daily basis to do tele calling and status updates in CRM.3 Daily basis need to clear follow ups should not be in escalated leads.4 If one client ready to open account need fix with him appointment.5 RO should verify all the kyc documents before entering EKYC .6 Once client opened with us need to give basic demo RO should share client ID , Back office client process pay in and pay out methods.7 Client feedback update by weekly Saturday need to update in CRM.8 RO should keep good relationship with clients and should his/her clients with good and soft manner.
