Job Description for Medical Representatives (MRs) Position: Medical Representative (MR) Job Type: Full Time Location: Territories within the states of Uttar Pradesh, Jharkhand, Bihar, Odisha, and Delhi NCR. Objective: The MRs will be the operational workforce responsible for the business development and brand promotion in the assigned areas territories, ensuring the companys products are readily available and preferred by local healthcare providers. Key Responsibilities: Establish Connections: Forge strong relationships with local healthcare providers, particularly pharmacists, to promote the companys products as the first choice for their customers. Educate Healthcare Professionals: Inform and educate healthcare professionals on the benefits and uses of the companys products through demonstrations and sample distribution. Report Sales and Market Insights: Provide regular reports on sales data and territory needs, offering insights into market trends and customer preferences to aid management decisions. Customer Engagement: Local Chemist Stores: Build relationships, conduct product demonstrations, and ensure supply chain efficiency to meet the stores needs and expectations. Hospitals and Clinics: These establishments often have pharmacies attached and can be a significant point of contact for distributing pharmaceutical products. Pharma or Health Background: Run awareness campaigns and involve them in engagement programs as advisors or brand ambassadors to leverage their influence in the community. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in any field ( Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field will be preferred). Proven experience in sales, preferably in the pharmaceutical sector. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of the local language and culture in the designated territories. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned areas.
