Responsibilities:1. Making outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services.2. Answering incoming calls from customers and addressing their queries or concerns.3. Maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times.4. Performing data entry and maintaining customer databases.5. Meeting daily or weekly targets as set by the team lead or manager.6. Following scripts and guidelines provided by the company during calls.7. Updating customer information in the system after each call.
