Receiving all incoming calls and keeping up a proper database. Making follow-up calls to create walk-in as required by company target sheet. Also, ABDM must make follow up calls to all the leads or calls on daily basis as provided by reception desk. Setting up an appointment of the client with the consultant and maintaining database on daily appointments. Handling clients queries and generate business with clients via calls or emails.
