Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.Assisting clients in finding their way around the office.Announcing clients as necessary.Helping maintain workplace security by issuing, checking, and collecting badges as necessary and maintaining visitor logs.Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, faxing, taking notes, and making travel plans.Preparing meeting and training rooms.Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary.Assisting colleagues with administrative tasks.Performing ad-hoc administrative duties.Answering, forwarding, and screening phone calls.Sorting and distributing mail.Hiring, managing, and developing the junior administrative team.Provide excellent customer service.Scheduling appointments.Receptionist Requirements:Associates or bachelors degree in a related field.Prior experience as a receptionist or in a related field.Consistent, professional dress, and manner.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.Good time management skills.Experience with administrative and clerical procedures.Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping out with various tasks as required.

Creating marketing strategies to achieve organisational goalsImplementing marketing campaigns from ideation to executionManaging the marketing budgetCoordinating marketing efforts with cross-functional teams like sales and product developmentAnalysing marketing data and metrics to refine marketing strategiesStaying updated with the latest marketing trends

Compounding and dispensing medications, as prescribed by physicians.Monitoring customers drug therapies, advising interventions, and informing customers of any potential side effects.Instructing customers on how and when to take prescribed medications.Conducting health and wellness screenings.Providing immunizations, and other medical services, such as taking blood pressure, temperature measurements, and checking blood sugar levels.Keeping accurate customer records.Ensuring a safe and clean working environment.Completing operational requirements of the pharmacy, including verifying order entries, maintaining records of controlled substances, charges, and removing expired and/or damaged drugs from the pharmacys inventory.Adhering to applicable legal rules, regulations, and procedures governing pharmaceutical practice.Performing other administrative tasks when needed.
