You will be responsible for :Achieving monthly sales targets by identifying and developing new customers.Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction as well as upsell and cross sell potential within existing customers to maximise Sales.Pre-sales and post-sales follow up.Achieving and exceeding weekly and monthly KPIs.Building strong and collaborative relationships with other internal stakeholders.Monitoring market trends and providing regular competitor feedback.Handling inbound calls in a professional manner.Resolving customer inquiries and requests and ensuring strong customer satisfaction.Working with various internal teams to ensure prompt and accurate order processing and delivery.Escalating customer feedback as required.

The primary objective is to build strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and offer appropriate car parts solutions to meet those needs. The role requires a combination of product knowledge, sales skills, and exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and maximize revenue for the company. Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, in a timely manner. You will be trained for the same for a period of one week.
