Job Title: Business Development Executive Job Status: Full time Location: Gurgaon Pay Range*: Rs. 1.80 Lac to Rs.2.40 Lac Department: SalesExperience: 0 to 2 Year In B to C Sales Qualification: MBA / PGDM Job Summary:Responsible for developing and maintaining marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives. Evaluates customer research, market conditions, competitor data and implements marketing plan changes as needed. Oversees all marketing, advertising and promotional staff and activities.Functions/Responsibilities: Display commercial, industrial, and residential properties to clients and explain their features. Interview clients to determine what kinds of properties they are seeking. Generate lists of properties that are compatible with buyers needs and financial resources. Finding buyers in a position to proceed with purchase and willing to pay an acceptable price.
