Description of Job Dutiesfor Social Media JA/ Associate Client Interactions(verbal and written) with the aim of assessing the clients expectation,and determining if the expectations of the client are being met and work of plans, proposal, strategies etc to be able to give the client clearer picture of the work done in past one month. Monthly review of clients work with the team and respective report generation. Supporting the team for day to day reviews and act as a resource as a whole. To ensure monthly report, plans and details go to client well on time. Providing assistance to team members for events / promotions etc. Presence at the events. Contribute to power point presentation and other social media collateral. Serve as primary content developer for social media landscape developments. Track performance of campaigns and initiatives. Provide thorough analysis of social media campaigns vi-in-house and 3rdparty toolsets. Stay current with all Social Media Industry Developments and best practices. Conceptualize creative for Social Media.Video editing, creating slideshows of pictures and uploading videos on youtube and facebook app. Reply on all emails of clients or whatsapp messages in groups etc Supporting the team on social KRA PR for day to day content,collaborations and influencer marketing, reviews and act as a resource as a whole
