Job Summary:We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Operational Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth execution and effective communication across various functions. Strong communication skills in Odia, Hindi, and English are mandatory, while proficiency in Telugu is a plus. The role requires exceptional teamwork, coordination, and multitasking abilities to manage various operational tasks efficiently.Key Responsibilities:Operational Support: Assist in the management of day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth and effective execution of tasks.Communication: Interact with internal teams and external stakeholders through calls, emails, and meetings. Ensure clear communication in Odia, Hindi, and English (with Telugu being a plus).Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members across departments to meet deadlines and achieve organizational goals.Coordination: Manage multiple tasks simultaneously, ensuring proper follow-up and resolution. Ensure effective coordination between various teams to streamline operational processes.Documentation: Maintain accurate records of operational activities, transactions, and updates. Prepare reports as needed for internal stakeholders.Customer Support: Handle customer queries and issues with professionalism and a customer-first approach, if applicable.Problem Solving: Identify operational bottlenecks and assist in finding solutions to improve efficiency.Process Improvement: Contribute ideas and feedback to improve processes and enhance operational efficiency.Key Skills and Qualifications:Languages: Proficiency in Odia, Hindi, and English is mandatory.
