Join our team in Gariahat, Kolkata as a Telesales Executive. Responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products or services. Develop a strong understanding of our offerings to effectively pitch and close sales over the phone.Key responsibilities include making a high volume of calls daily to generate leads, providing information about products or services, listening to customer needs and preferences, and closing sales. Maintain accurate records of all communication and sales activity in the CRM system. Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of telesales experience, a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work well under pressure, and a positive attitude. Must be a self-starter with a strong work ethic, results-driven, and possess good negotiation skills. A graduate degree is required for this position.
