Job Description Sales ExecutiveCompany: Cresco Maruti SuzukiDesignation: Sales Executive Passenger Vehicleswe have overall 15+ branchesinChennai.Role OverviewWe are hiring dynamic, customer-oriented Sales Executives to join our dealership team. The role involves promoting and selling the full range of Maruti Suzuki vehicles, delivering excellent customer service, and meeting monthly sales goals.Immediate joiners with prior automobile-sales experience are highly preferred; motivated freshers are also welcome.Key ResponsibilitiesEngage with walk-in customers and generate new leads through field activities & referrals.Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable Maruti Suzuki models.Conduct product demonstrations & test drives to showcase features and benefits.Guide customers on finance, exchange, insurance, and accessories.Ensure follow-ups with prospects and achieve individual & team sales targets.Maintain accurate documentation for booking, finance, and delivery.Build and nurture long-term relationships for repeat and referral business.Stay updated on product knowledge, pricing, schemes, and competitor offerings.Skills & QualificationsMinimum education: Graduate / Diploma / +2 with strong sales aptitude.Experience:Preferred: 1-3 years in Automobile Sales / Retail Sales.Freshers with good communication skills and interest in automobiles are encouraged to apply.Excellent communication & negotiation skills in Tamil & English (Hindi is a plus).Customer-focused, target-driven, and self-motivated.Two-wheeler with valid driving licence mandatory.Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / CRM tools).What We OfferAttractive Salary + Incentives + Performance Rewards.Opportunities to grow within Indias No. 1 passenger-car brand network.Ongoing training & skill-development programs.Employee benefits as per company policy.Immediate joiners will be given high preference.
