JOB TITLE : LOAN SALES EXECUTIVEROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:*Generate leads through business development activities like: Mailers, Whatsapp marketing, Social media promotion, Outdoor activities and Tele calling.*Should be to interact with clients to facilitate documents and other formalities for loans.*Should be able to act as a conducing between customers and bankers for loan processing.*Should be ready to achieve revenue targets on a monthly basis and earn incentives on a consistent manner.REQUISITES & EXPERTISE REQUIRED FOR THE ROLE:*Good communication skills English & Hindi.*Proactive and outgoing attitude.*Persistent in efforts to achieve targets.*Managing customer relations effectively.*Should have prior knowledge of loan products and financial domain.*Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite)*Experience 2-3years.*Aptitude for learning new products /ways to sell Compensation & Rewards:*Employee centric work culture.*Lucrative incentives & rewards.*Training and development inputs.*Salary- Best in the individual.
