Responsibilities:-Monitoring day-to-day activities diligently by visiting all the working sites.-Ensure supervision of construction of interior work at the site.-Ensure all carpenters, plumbers, electricians, labours etc. reach and work at place on site.-Maintain material log.-Manage the procurement of materials and labour necessary to complete the project.-Ensure unloading of materials arrived at site.-Implement the site specific Health and Safety Work Plan and ensure safe working conditions.-Record site observations, employee hours, health and safety statistics.-Supervise subcontractors and approve invoices.-Interpreting interior plans and designs.-Ensuring project completion as per the timeline.Requirements-Bachelor-s or Diploma degree Civil or in related field.-Proven work experience in interior work such as furniture, false ceiling, partition, MEP Familiarity with required tools and equipment.-Strong leadership qualities.-Good communication skills.-Ability to handle situation at site.

Responsibilities:Understanding and Developing preliminary design plans, includes all working drawings like electrical, HVAC, furniture details etc.Interpret and translate customer requirements into practical solutions via layouts and relevant presentations.Specifying materials for the space which would help translate the needs and requirements. For example:- Enabling the senses like touch and feel, using textures the right way.Developing and working around time schedules to coordinate with the vendors and clients, to execute a perfect time bound project.Conduct on-site observations and provide recommendations to help streamline ongoing design projects. Proper quality checks with set standards are mandatory, educating the juniors and supervisors about the desired output.RequirementsBachelors Degree in Interior Design, Architecture or related disciplineProven working experience in decorating interior spaces (consultations, renovations, space planning and new constructions)Expertise in layout, colour, lighting, materials selection, custom furniture and all installations.Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, Illustrator and any rendering software.Familiarity with appropriate design and visualisation toolsMust have a thorough knowledge of construction materials and accessoriesGood communication and presentation skills
