Enticing customers while staying focused on giving great service over the phone and manage website orders while building on your product knowledge as you go.Responsibilities and DutiesTake orders on the phone and providing the best customer serviceCan manage point of Sales system and do store billing for all the ordersWe are an online focused business, so managing theme cake pictures on the website for customers to orderProvide strong and professional Customer ServiceCalculate costing for productsManage orders from Website, Swiggy, Zomato and other social media platforms.Manage day to day small operations in the BakeryManage and coordinate between the production team and delivery personnel to ensure deliveries are reaching on time and orders are made as per customers requirements.Provide strong and efficient administrative supportRequired Experience and QualificationsPreferred 2-year Sales & Customer Service, Call Centre Role or Restaurant/cloud kitchen customer-facing experienceExcellent communication and writing in English.Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hotel, Hospitality or Tourism management.Good Computer skills and knowledge of Google Maps.Experience in any CRM or restaurant billing system is an advantageGood customer service, communications and interpersonal skills are a must.BenefitsFlexibility along with a lot of learning along with the wayPerks and BonusesFood, Cakes and Cookies all day, every day.Health Insurance and PF contribution upto completion on 3 month probation.
