We are looking for a dedicated Customer Support Representative to join our team in Jaipur. - Manage day-to-day operations: The operation executive is responsible for overseeing and coordinating various operational tasks to ensure smooth functioning of the business.- Handle insurance sales: The candidate should be proficient in selling insurance products, particularly motor insurance, and have a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.- Utilize convincing power: It is essential for the operation executive to have strong convincing skills to persuade clients to purchase insurance policies and other services.- Maintain effective communication system: The candidate must possess excellent communication skills to interact with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders effectively.- Proficiency in Microsoft Word: The operation executive should have a good understanding of Microsoft Word to create documents, reports, and presentations as required.- Required skills and expectations:1. 1-3 years of relevant experience in operations or insurance sales.2. Minimum education qualification of 12th pass, with preference for candidates holding a Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant fields.3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.5. Attention to detail and organizational skills.6. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Key responsibilities: Monitor and listen to recorded customer service calls, providing feedback to call centre agents on areas of improvement Analyze call data to identify trends and recommend process improvements to increase customer satisfaction Score calls using a pre-determined set of criteria, documenting results in a detailed report Participate in calibration sessions with other quality analysts to ensure consistent scoring Escalate serious issues identified during monitoring to the appropriate management channels Generate monthly reports summarizing quality assurance findings and make recommendations for improving call centre operations Train new call centre agents on company policies and procedures, as well as best practices for providing excellent customer service Serve as a subject matter expert on all call centre software and hardware systems Assist with the development and implementation of new call centre processes and procedures Handle customer inquiries and complaints escalated from call centre agents Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and developments Perform other duties as assigned

Handle inbound/outbound calls to drive sales of motor/health insurance Work on leads provided and convert them into successful insurance sales Understand different insurance products to pitch the right one to customers Build strong customer relationships for cross-sell and upsell opportunities Consistently meet/exceed daily & monthly sales and call volume targets Use provided sales scripts and respond smartly to objections and queries
