You will combine your design expertise with exceptional customer service to drive sales and build lasting client relationships.Key Responsibilities:Design Consultation:Provide one-on-one interior design consultations to customers in-store and through virtual platforms.Assess clients' needs, preferences, and space limitations to recommend suitable products and design solutions.Create detailed design plans, including mood boards, colour schemes, and furniture layouts.Technical Expertise:Utilize design software to produce renderings and visualizations that assist customers in making informed decisions.Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies to offer innovative design solutions.Sales Collaboration:Take full ownership of achieving and surpassing individual sales targets while working closely with the sales team to ensure collective success.Assist in merchandising and showroom displays to highlight featured products and seasonal trends.Customer Service:Provide exceptional service throughout the sales cycle, from initial consultation to post-purchase follow-up.Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.Administrative Tasks:Maintain accurate records of client interactions, design plans, and sales activities.Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and contracts as needed.
