Having experience of processing of Loan Proposals & grip on preparing of CMA Data/Cash Flows/ Project Report/ Ratio Analysis.Relevant experience across REAL ESTATE/SME/MSME Market. Relevant experience of Project Finance, Construction finance, Working Capital for Machinery Loans.Have actively syndicated loans and other debt projects.A deep understanding of corporate credit and project finance & construction finance. Ensure strict adherence of internal process. Maintaining accurate records.

Driving the team of channel sales managers to ensure the achievement of business targets Lead generation, Deal origination & Interaction with the Clients, liaison with clients for collecting data required for preparation and submission of the proposal with Banks. The ideal candidate should have relevant experience across REAL ESTATE/SME/MSME market and should have actively syndicated loans and other debt projects A deep understanding of corporate credit and project finance & construction finance with ability to structure deals is essential.
