Job Description: Team Leader (Loans)About Coral CapitalWe are looking for an experienced and driven Team Leader to lead our Lead Generation team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of financial products, particularly in the areas of home loans, loan against property (LAP), unsecured business loans, and working capital loans.Key ResponsibilitiesTeam ManagementLead, mentor, and manage a team of lead generation specialists to achieve performance targets.Provide training and development for team members to improve skills and product knowledge.Customer Support OversightEnsure the team communicates effectively with clients in Kannada and English, providing accurate information about loan products.Monitor and assist in resolving escalated client issues to ensure customer satisfaction.Performance MonitoringTrack team performance against set targets and KPIs, providing regular feedback and support.Analyze data to identify trends and implement strategies to improve performance.CollaborationCoordinate with sales and credit teams to ensure seamless loan processing and approvals.Share insights with senior management to enhance product offerings and processes.Compliance & ReportingEnsure the team adheres to company policies and regulatory requirements.Maintain and submit detailed reports on team activities, performance, and customer feedback.Key Skills & QualificationsExperience: 3 to 5 years in a team-leading role, preferably in tele calling or loan-related operations.Proficiency in Kannada and English is mandatory.Strong understanding of loan products such as home loans, LAP, unsecured business loans, and working capital loans.Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.Proficiency in CRM tools and basic computer applications.Intrested candidates can contact on - 9653396303
