Experience conducting customer needs and analysis to identify business problems when selling IT services or solutions in a consultative manner. Establishing new business relationships. Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills. Capable to give demos, webinars, and promotions independently. Should be a fast learner and self-motivated with a result-driven approach. Providing inputs of client specifications to the delivery team and ensuring a smooth transition of client relationship to the team. Work as an outbound Sales Development Associate and collaborate with an existing team. Should have experience in team management, and people development if applicable. Create appointments, meetings, and sales calls. To generate leads, collaborate with different stakeholders, and hit your goals We are in the process of setting up international business areas and you will be extending support to them too. Using LinkedIn, phone, and other channels for outreach.Desired Candidate Profile. Strong command of Hindi and English. And should be able to handle Tamil. Excellent interpersonal, written, and communication skills. Should be open to travel as per the requirement/needs of the client / the goal. Must meet the sales targets. Self-driven and filled with a fervent desire to succeed.
