A graduate in Civil Engineering having 10-12 years of experience with atleast 6-7 years experience in execution of Hotel / Mall/ IT Park / Hospital projects from Start to finish of which should have handled at least one similar project independently. He should be well versed in services also i.e execution of electrical,HVAC, plumbing and fire fighting installations. He should have handled a project from excavation to finishing independently. He should be committed to high quality standards of construction and finishing with great leadership qualities. He should possess good communication skills .He should have thorough technical knowledge in costing estimation and rate analysis and with high standard of quality controls in structure and finishing with an attitude to dedicate to the project and willing to spend long hours to achieve Project targets and requirements. Also he should well versed in Auto cad , with high standard of leadership skills to lead the project team, Contractors , Vendors and handle the Clients.
