To work as a member of the Record Management Team, assisting the team's objectives in providing an effective data management service.The post holder will be responsible for ensuring that all physical documentation is scanned and digitally converted quickly and accurately onto the storage systems and that the protocol deadlines are met.Duties be ale de underine the focivi an operator is assigned the post holder Prepare physical documentation for scanning in accordance with file preparation procedure. Scanning of documents on high speed scanning stations and image capture via camera of physical cherished documents. Quality check completed scanned document and save document file onto the Network Storage System. The physical return of hardcopy files to allocated shelf in the onsite storage location.
