Key Requirements:- 10+ years of experience in digital marketing. Agency experience is preferred- Have a postgraduate degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.- Expert proficiency in digital marketing tools including Google Analytics, Search Console, SEO tools, social media management platforms, and digital advertising platforms (Google/Meta Ads).- Strong understanding of marketing automation, CRM systems, AI/ML applications, content management systems, email marketing platforms, and basic web development/UX principles- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.- Creative solution thinker with a passion for digital innovation.- Strong analytical skills, data-driven thinking, and a results-oriented approach.- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.- Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and negotiation skills.- Strong stakeholder management abilities, including experience collaborating effectively with sales teams.- Adaptable and quick to learn new technologies with an enthusiasm for continuous learning and professional growth.
