Designation- Junior AccountantReporting to Accounts ManagerIndustry Building Material and FabricationAccounts Support- entire accounting activities.Finalization of accounts, ledger scrutiny.functioning of accounts.Work with Sr. Account & Account Manager to Interface with external auditors for reviews and audits.Working on accounts payable, accounts receivable/billing, general ledger, payroll, and general accounting functions.Maintain accounting practicesReview final cost studies prepared by operations teams and monitor and control closing of projects in ERP system.Review collection reports to determine the status of collections and the amounts of outstanding balances.Prepare & set up various reports/MIS to the management for overall operations.Ensuring the integrity of the companys financials by establishing appropriate accounting procedures, system & control. Reconcile all general ledger accounts to Excel summaries, reports and sub-ledger, as applicable.Represent the company in any income tax, service tax, and sales tax matters with Audit & Finance manager.Review of internal control system.Involved in reviewing the payments, accounting data, undertaking MIS reporting as desired by management, reviewing payroll including TDS deductions, monitoring TDS & FBT compliances, involved in services tax VAT compliances.Ensuring compliance with the accounting standards.Responding to the letters of the company related to AccountsJob Type: Full-timePay: 15,000.00 - 20,000.00 per monthSchedule: Day shiftEducation: Bachelor's (Preferred)Experience: Accounting: 1 year (Preferred)Work Location: In person
