We are hiring Placement Officer / Placement ExecutiveInterested and eligible shall share profiles with raghava@codegnan.comRole : Placement Officer / Placement Executive - Immediate Joiners preferredExperience: 2-4 yearsWork mode: Work from Office, 6days work(Mon- Sat)Location: HyderabadNotice Period : Immediate to 15 daysResponsibilities:Establishing relationships with companiesNew Client Acquisition and Corporate RelationsMaintaining a database: The officer should maintain a database of companies, job openings, and students seeking placements.Advising students: A placement officer should advise students on their career choices, resume writing, interviewing skills, and other job search skills.Organizing placement drivesConducting mock interviews and Interview skills sessionsCoordinating with Technical TeamCoordinating the On/Off campus Placement DrivesMaintaining recordsProviding feedbackRequirements:Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or any related field.2-4 years of experience in corporate engagement, Client acquisition, student placements or Business Development Role in Staffing industry.Preferred Placements Experience from any Edtech.Strong communication skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Knowledge of industry trends and best practices.Willing to travel to our Codegnan Office locations as per the need.Interested and eligible shall share profiles with raghava@codegnan.com
