We are seeking for an HR Executive to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey1. Identifying manpower requirements, taking them up to the HR Head for approval2. Creating job descriptions for required manpower, advertising them to get best candidates and handling the employment process3. Creating and managing schedules, meetings, interviews, and other HR activities4. Reviewing CVs, shortlisting candidates and assisting in the recruitment process5. Liasioning with external recruitment agencies for closing positions on time6. Maintaining records, attendance and data of each employee and providing them to the management team when required7. Assisting the HR Manager in the day-to-day HR operations.8. Oversee HR administration tasks, including maintaining employee records andhandling HR documentation.Qualifications: MBA in HR or any relevant qualification is required.Experience: 1-3 years of relevant experience in HR administration, Training Co-ordination, ortalent acquisition is required. Freshers are also welcomeRequired Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills.Should be able to communicate in Telugu, Hindi and English. Proficiency in MS Oice Suite, Power point and MS Excel is a must. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources.
