We are looking for a dedicated Telecalling Executive to join our team in Mohali. This role is suitable for candidates with varying levels of experience, from freshers to those with up to five years of experience. Your main responsibility will be to communicate effectively with potential customers and assist them with their inquiries.Key Responsibilities:1. **Customer Outreach**: Engage in outbound calls to potential customers, introducing our products and services while addressing their needs and questions.2. **Lead Generation**: Identify and gather contact information of prospective clients, creating a list of leads for further follow-up.3. **Sales Support**: Assist in converting leads into sales by providing information, answering queries promptly, and maintaining a positive customer experience.Candidates must have a minimum education of 12th grade. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential, along with a friendly and professional demeanor. Proficiency in Punjabi and Hindi is preferred. Ideal candidates should be goal-oriented, possess a positive attitude, and have the ability to handle rejection gracefully. You should be prepared to work in a full-time office environment in Mohali.
