Key Responsibilities:1. **Coordinate dispatch operations**: This involves planning, organizing, and overseeing the dispatch activities to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.2. **Monitor orders and shipments**: Keep track of orders and shipments, updating relevant stakeholders on the status and any delays.3. **Communicate with drivers and vendors**: Maintain open communication with drivers and vendors to facilitate smooth coordination and resolve any issues that may arise during dispatch.4. **Prepare dispatch reports**: Generate and maintain accurate records of dispatch activities, including delivery schedules, inventory levels, and performance metrics.5. **Resolve dispatch-related issues**: Address any problems or complaints related to dispatch operations promptly and effectively.Required Skills and Expectations:- Proficiency in spoken and written Punjabi for effective communication with drivers and local vendors.- Strong computer skills to use dispatch planning software and maintain accurate records.- Excellent problem-solving abilities to address unforeseen challenges during dispatch operations.- Strong dispatch planning skills to optimize routes and schedules for efficient delivery.- Good communication skills to interact with drivers, vendors, and other team members effectively.
