Experience in building Power BI reports that connect to a variety of data sources. Hands-on functional consulting involvement in the implementation of Dynamics 365 Business Central/ Dynamics NAV. Collaborate with technical team members to implement Dynamics 365 Business central solutions. Assist team in deployment and provisioning activities. Should have experience in implementation, support, and migration projects. Providing expert customer service and delivery along with customer guidelines and requirements. Should be able to create and maintain project documentation at different phases and per company standards. Participate in Pre-sales documentation, RFP, RFQ and product demonstrations. Should have skills in handling customer's top management and understand their requirements and expectations from the product. Should be able to create BRD from customer raw requirements. Ability to understand customer pain points and provide solutions accordingly. Providing a status report to the manager on a weekly basis and as per the company standards
