Responsibilities:
1. Cold Calling: Making outbound calls to prospective business customers to introduce them to products or services.
2. Lead Generation: Identifying and qualifying potential leads through calls and follow-ups.
3. Follow-up: Ensuring regular follow-up on inquiries or leads to close sales or schedule meetings.
4. Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Updating CRM systems with relevant information regarding interactions with prospects and clients.
6. Script Adherence: Following set scripts and procedures while personalizing the interaction when necessary
