Roles And Responsibilities:Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and coordinating interviews.Screen resumes and application formsSchedule and confirm interviews with candidatesPost, update and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages and social networksPrepare HR-related reports as needed.Participate in organizing company events and careers daysManage employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality, and handle HR-related documentation.Maintain employee attendance and update it accordingly.Spearhead seamless onboarding processes for new hires.Efficiently handle the exit process, ensuring a positive departure experience.Requirements :-Independent and proactive way of working.Analytical and organized approach.University level studies in Human Resources.
