Treatment for day-to-day medical issues (like cough, headache, pain) is discounted or Free at Clinikk's medical centers, while Health Insurance covers bigger expenses (like hospitalizations). Our plans offer more benefits than a traditional insurance while being 20-40% cheaper, making it a HIT amongst our customers. What will you be doing- We are hiring Executives to be a part of our Field Sales team which sells our Health Plans. If you join, you will go through 5 days of classroom and one week of on-job training to help you understand our product. After your training is complete, you will have an assigned territory and a monthly target for sales. This job is on the company payroll. What will you earn- A fixed salary (- 25,000 to - 38,000) A maximum of 30% of the revenue you earn as incentives, every month (Our top executives earn >40,000 per month) Daily Travel Allowance Free Health Plan for you and your family PF and Paid Leaves You must have: - At least 1 year of field sales experience - Must have a two-wheeler - Good communication skills - Must know to speak Kannada fluently - Excellent sales skills and confidence
