We are looking for a Sales Marketing Manager to join our team in Dombivli. The ideal candidate should have 2 to 8 years of experience and hold an M.B.A or PGDM degree. This is a full-time position that requires working from our office.Key Responsibilities:- **Develop Marketing Strategies**: Create and implement marketing plans to increase sales and improve brand awareness. This involves researching market trends and customer needs.- **Manage Sales Team**: Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve their targets. Provide training and support to enhance their skills and performance.- **Analyze Sales Data**: Monitor sales performance and analyze data to identify areas for improvement. Use this information to make informed decisions about marketing strategies.- **Build Customer Relationships**: Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance loyalty and repeat business. This includes regular communication and feedback.- **Collaborate with Other Departments**: Work closely with the product development and customer service teams to ensure effective execution of marketing plans.
