Role & responsibilitiesAs a Qualified / Semi-Qualified Chartered Accountant/Experienced Graduate at Clb & Associates, you will play a crucial role in supporting our accounting, auditing and income tax services. This position is ideal for a candidate who is an experienced semi-qualified CA or is an experienced CA or Graduate and is looking to gain practical experience and contribute to the success of a growing firm. You will work closely with our experienced team to deliver accurate and timely financial solutions to our clients.Responsibilities:Assist in Auditing:Perform and support in thorough audits of client accounts and records to ensure accuracy and compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements.Identify areas for improvement in financial reporting and internal controls and provide recommendations to clients.Taxation Compliance:Aid in the preparation and filing of income tax returns for individuals and businesses.Assist clients in understanding and complying with Indian tax laws and regulations.Prepare and file tax returns, including income tax, GST, and other applicable taxes, to ensure timely and accurate submissions.Preferred candidate profileSkills in finance, accounting, and taxationExperience in auditing and financial analysisExcellent knowledge of accounting standards and proceduresStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work collaboratively with clients and teamsProficiency in accounting software and spreadsheetsGood communication and interpersonal skillsA degree in finance, accounting, or a related fieldQualified CA/ Semi-qualified CA or Experienced GraduateExperience working in a similar role in an accounting firm is a plus
