We are Hiring OPT / Senior OPT Recruiters for the US IT staffing.Experience should be around 1 to 5 years working with OPT Hiring.Should have a Good Command of OPT Hiring.Majorly should have experience in Hiring CPT/OPT / EAD / L2 / H4 / Green Card candidates for training as well as Marketing.Should have strong experience in W2 & contract-to-hire positions in the Information Technology industry throughout the United States.Should be a Go-Getter Attitude.Must be excellent at Verbal and Written Communication Skills.Strong experience in hiring OPT/CPT candidates from Job portals, universities, and networks, a prior database of OPT candidates.should have knowledge of working job portals (Dice, Monster, LinkedIn).

Capable of getting students for any technology & Maintaining database of OPT candidates.4. Ability to interact, develop Student network, and get the OPT/CPT/EAD candidates5. Should have some understanding of the hot IT skills in the market.6. Strong experience in hiring OPT/CPT candidates from Job portals, universities, and network, a prior database of OPT candidates7. Coordinating with them to get into Guest-house for strong interview preparations and easy placements8. Need to maintain a good relationship with team members as well as consultants.
