- Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers, including dealers, distributors, and end-users.- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about market trends and competitor activity.- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.- Develop and manage sales forecasts and budgets.- Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and provide coaching and training to improve sales performance.- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets for electronic bikes in the assigned territory.

Customer interaction: Actively greet customers upon arrival, assess their needs and preferences, and guide them through the available motorcycle options.Product demonstration: Thoroughly showcase features and functionalities of different motorcycle models, including test rides, to help customers make informed decisions.Sales process management: Present pricing options, negotiate deals, address customer concerns, and close sales by completing necessary paperwork.Lead generation: Actively seek out potential customers through various channels like phone calls, walk-ins, and follow-up with leads to generate sales opportunities.Knowledge of products: Stay updated on the latest motorcycle models, specifications, pricing, and promotions to accurately answer customer inquiries.Customer relationship building: Maintain ongoing communication with customers, providing excellent after-sales service and support to foster loyalty and repeat business. Sales reporting: Track sales performance, maintain customer records, and submit regular reports to sales management.
