Key Responsibilities : Provide proactive administrative support to the company owner. Handle day-to-day office management tasks, telecalling, and scheduling. Maintain and organize reports, files, and databases. Draft and manage professional communication (emails, letters, etc.). Perform typing tasks in English and use MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Browse and access information using the internet.Additional Responsibilities (Preferred): Assist with tasks related to AI and automation tools. Promote the company on social media platforms.Website content management and promotion. Basic design work using tools like Canva, Photoshop, etc. Assist with preparing and submitting tenders. Qualifications : Graduate in any discipline. Strong command of English (oral and written). Proficiency in MS Office and English typing. Familiarity with digital tools and internet usage. Experience in handling administrative tasks independently.
