Responsibilities: Plan and ensure all mandatory requirements are fulfilled for company staffs and management Promoting efficiency by implementing improved operational procedures. Analyzing and maintaining operational data and monitoring product inventories. Ensuring positive client, supplier, and vendor relationships. Monitoring adherence to policies and processes throughout the company and government related policies. Managing and coordinating with various shipping carriers and organize shipment for customers Coordinating with company auditor for filing of taxes and GST returns on monthly basisRequirements: A bachelor's degree in operations management, project management, strategic management, business management, or similar. Extensive experience in an operations management position, or similar. In-depth knowledge of project management and strategic planning. Ability to promote efficiency toward achieving business objectives and profitability. Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives. Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities. Finding and developing new markets and improving sales. Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events. Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met. Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.Requirements: Bachelors degree in business, marketing, or related field. Experience in sales, marketing, or related field. Strong communication skills and IT fluency. Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task. Excellent organizational skills. Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and purchasing software. Following and enforcing the company's procurement policies and procedures. Reviewing, comparing, analyzing, and approving products and services to be purchased. Maintaining good supplier relations and negotiating contracts. Researching and evaluating prospective suppliers. Managing inventories and maintaining accurate purchase and pricing records. Coordinate delivery and storage operationsRequirements: Degree in accounting, business management or a similar field preferred. 2+ years of experience as a procurement officer or in a similar position. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and purchasing software. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Good analytical and strategic thinking skills. Supervisory and management experience.
