Project & maintenance department : Installation of machines ( Hot press , impregnators , finishing section machinesvarious utilities ,33KV/11KV HT yard equipments transformers , VCB,PANELS,DG,UPS & its accessories ) at site and adhering to time line of installation Ensuring the installation of machines is being done by following goodengineering practices. Conduct the dry and wet run of the machines to the best satisfaction of the userdepartment. Monitoring performance of the machines and escalating for any issues observedwith the OEM . Preparation and maintaining the spare management for all machines. Preparation & execution of Preventive maintenance as per the schedule for allmachineries. Maintaining all the documentation of equipments of project & maintenanceactivities including the softwares. Installation and maintenance of HT yard equipments, various panels, drives &PLC, SCADA system, SLD. Taking corrective actions for the electrical breakdowns & monitoring thecorrection done . Replicate and implement the best engineering practices within the organisation &industry practices. Monitoring and taking corrective action to improve the OEE, MTTR & MTBFusing various analytical tools. Upgrading skill of employees within the department. Monitoring and taking corrective action for power consumption. Exposure to AUTO CAD Implement all electrical safety systems in the plant. Operate & maintain the plant of machineries as per the AP Factories acts, APState Pollution control board acts, AP State Electricity departments, CEIG & asper the guidelines of other statutory authority[B] COST MANAGEMENT : Develop vendors for better cost management Implementation of maintenance program & project execution for maintenancecost reduction.[C] COMMUNICATION : To support and resolve technical issues of internal customers. Developing culture of continuous improvement in the plant.

Responsibilities for purchasing executiveEnsure products and services meet quality expectations, are on time and are in accordance with the customer needsDevelop and grow new relationships with suppliersImplement the proper metrics, SLAs, and measurements to drive and document improvements and provide routine and ad hoc reporting as neededEnsure supplier diversity requirements are met for off-program spendInterface with Accounts Payable to ensure a smooth and consistent end-to-end procure to pay processDevelop continuous training required to keep team apprised of business situations as they affect Procurement policyPurchase process co-ordination they will manage and implement the purchasing process for all technology related expenses using the relevant systemVendor management this employee will maintain sound working relationships with vendors to ensure responsive service and timely resolution of all issuesAsset and order tracking the Procurement Administrator will track assets and orders and provide regular tracking reports and status updates on ordersCost management these employees create spend forecasts and then monitor these against the actual spendQualifications for purchasing executiveIndependent and able to work with minimum supervisionSupport the Supplier Managers in the execution of cost reduction programsManage, evaluate and monitor the certifications of suppliersCo-ordinate with various stakeholders to resolve issues on Purchase Requisition, PO, Goods Receipt and Invoice ReceiptSupport in audits activities, contract management and other general topicsProficient in Microsoft Office applications like Outlook, Word, Excel, and Powerpoint and knowledge in Oracle a plus
