We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Structural Civil Draughtsman to prepare accurate structural drawings and detailing for residential, commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects. The candidate will work closely with structural engineers, architects, and project teams to develop construction drawings, reinforcement details, and shop drawings in accordance with project specifications and applicable standards.Key Responsibilities:1. Prepare structural drawings, layouts, sections, elevations, and detailed construction drawings based on engineer's design calculations and sketches.2. Develop reinforcement detailing for RCC structures, including beams, columns, slabs, footings, retaining walls, and staircases.3. Prepare steel structure fabrication and erection drawings.4. Generate bar bending schedules (BBS) and quantity take-offs as required.5. Coordinate with architects, MEP consultants, and structural engineers to resolve design conflicts.6. Revise and update drawings according to design changes and project requirements.7. Ensure drawings comply with relevant codes, standards, and company drafting procedures.8. Maintain proper documentation and drawing records.9. Assist in preparing as-built drawings upon project completion.10. Support project teams with technical drafting and detailing requirements.

- M. Arch/ B. Arch with 2 to 3 years of experience in building, planning and designing.- Should know DC regulations of TMC & BMC.,

B. Com preferably. Fresher or 2 to 3 years of experience in marketing with computer knowledge (MS-CIT).

- B. E. Civil /M. E. Structural Preferable- 2 - 5 Yrs As Structural Design Engineer on Multi Storied Buildings.- Working Knowledge of Software like AutoCAD, STAAD, RCDC & ETABS
