The ideal candidate will have strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills, along with fluency in English and basic computer knowledge. Through campaigns across India, we have tried to complete the basic need of meals for families who thrive to get one for a day. What youll do Making outbound calls to speak with existing and prospective donors to inform them about our organization's initiatives, events, and fundraising campaigns. Build and maintain positive relationships with supporters by providing information on how their contributions make a difference. Use scripts provided to present convincing donation requests and secure financial support from individuals and businesses. Maintain the database and record donor information, contributions, and interactions accurately. Follow up on pledges and donations to ensure timely fulfilment. Respond to donor questions and concerns politely and professionally. Collaborate with fundraising team and meet individually targets to achieve fundraising goals. Attend training sessions and actively participate in team meetings to stay updated on organizational activities, objectives and goals.Required Skills Must have 1 3 years of experience in Tele-calling, preferably in sales. Strong skills in negotiation, persuasion and sales aptitude are must. Excellent verbal and written communication in English. Should have basic knowledge of Computer/Excel.
